Vertex CRM

Vertex CRM is a full-stack Laravel application that helps real estate sales teams track the entire client lifecycle — from first enquiry to signed deal to collected payment. It captures leads automatically from Facebook Lead Ads and PPC campaigns via dedicated webhook endpoints, routes them through a follow-up pipeline, and converts qualified leads into clients and projects. Finance is tracked natively with dues, payments, and expenses tied to each client/project, all rolled up into a live dashboard showing conversion ratio, monthly earnings, monthly expenses, and outstanding dues.

Access is governed by a granular role/permission system (Admin, Chief Executive, Executive, Telecaller), so different team members only see and act on what their role allows — e.g., a Telecaller can view and follow up on enquiries but can't touch payments or delete records.
